1:30 - 3pm FOLLOWER shape up and styling workout
Specific technique for the feminine role - wide spectrum of aspects is covered - posture and embrace, control of balance, powerful walk, footwork, free leg move, the cross, circular moves and steps, sensual and effective ochos, boleos, ganchos, giros, understanding the leading signals and corresponding reaction, decorations - how, musicality, when and where.
Leaders who want to experience and learn about the follower role are invited. Bring comfortable shoes (jazz, ballet, light trainers)
3:30 - 5pm *VOLCADAS - sharing axes - technique and combinations from small to deep, linear and circular.
*recommended to take both Volcadas workshops since material is going to be develloped and built up.
